Facilities and Laboratories

Scott Laboratories offers a variety of high-quality resources to aid in the education and research efforts of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering students.

The department’s $72.5 million building complex, the Peter L. and Clara M. Scott Laboratory, opened in 2006 and includes 14 modern classrooms and high-quality space for research laboratories. The north building contains administrative and staff offices; the east building contains classrooms and faculty offices; and the west building contains research and instructional labs, and the machine shop.
