Vasques, Richard

Biography

Richard Vasques is an Assistant Professor in the Nuclear Engineering Graduate Program housed within the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at The Ohio State University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Applied & Interdisciplinary Mathematics from the University of Michigan, and his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil. Before joining OSU in 2017, he held positions at the University of California, Berkeley; RWTH Aachen University, in Germany; UFRGS and FGV, in Brazil; and McKinsey and Company.
