Horack Appointed Vice Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of CSA

Professor John Horack, Neil Armstrong Chair in Aerospace Policy, has joined the Journal of Chinese Society of Astronautics as one of the Vice Editor-in-Chiefs. He joins a group of international experts and he will also serve as one of the international members of the CSA Experts Team.
