Arvind Mohan, a aerospace engineering graduate student in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) at Ohio State, will be presented with a Dayton Engineering Sciences Symposium (DESS) Best Presentation Award on May 21, 2015 by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Dayton Section.

Mohan’s presentation on Fluid Dynamics and CFD at the 10th DESS Symposium is one of 17 Best Presentation winners to be recognized.

Sponsored by ASME Dayton Section, the symposium is designed to facilitate communication between members of the regional technical community, as well as to provide a forum for undergraduate and graduate students, engineers and researchers to present their work. Best Presentation Awards are given for each technology area.

“Arvind’s presentations highlight not only the innovativeness of his work, but also his enthusiasm for it. He makes us proud,” said Professor Datta Gaitonde, Mohan’s advisor.
