Sun to hold key role in 2015 Nuclear Reactor Thermal Hydraulics Meeting

Dr. Xiaodong Sun has been actively volunteering for American Nuclear Society activities. He served as technical program chair for the 2012 ANS Winter Meeting and Nuclear Technology Expo held in San Diego, CA, November 11 - 15, 2012. Out of 416 technical summaries submitted, 380 papers were presented and over 1,300 people attended this meeting. Dr. Sun is slated to serve as technical program co-chair for the 16th International Topical Meeting on Nuclear Reactor Thermal Hydraulics (NURETH-16) to be held August 30 - September 4, 2015 in Chicago, IL. NURETH series has been the flagship technical conference for the nuclear reactor thermal hydraulics community.
