Governing Body of ITM University Extends Honorary Distinguished Professor Title to Rajendra Singh

Ohio State Mechanical Engineering Professor Rajendra Singh has accepted the invitation of the Governing Body of  Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) University, located in Gurgaon, India, to become one of its named Honorary Distinguished Professors within the Mechanical Engineering Department of the School of Engineering there. As an ITM University honorary distinguished professor, Singh can act as a mentor to ITM students and research scholars, and deliver special lectures at ITM University when possible. ITM University is located near one of the hubs of Indian automotive industry.

Professor Singh last visited ITM in April 2013 to lead a discussion about undergraduate engineering education. He plans to next visit ITM again in either December 2013 or March 2014. His honorary title is initially valid for a period of three years.
