Prospective Undergraduates
Whether you are a high school senior, a student who is considering transferring from another university, or a current Ohio State student considering Mechanical or Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering as a major or Nuclear Engineering as a minor, you can find more information here about our department programs.

If you are already a student at OSU and are thinking of changing your major to Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, just contact one of our undergraduate advisors at maeadvisor@osu.edu or (614) 292-0515 to schedule an appointment.  We'll be happy to show you how your previous coursework may apply to your degree track and review with you requirements for admission. You can also set up an on-campus visit through Ohio State or the College of Engineering via Nina Parshall.

Prospective Graduate Students
At the postgraduate level we offer Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Nuclear Engineering. We also offer programs leading to a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Nuclear Engineering.

If you are interested in pursuing one of the graduate degrees offered by the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, please contact one of our graduate advisors at maegradadmissions@osu.edu or graduate admissions to learn more about requirements for admission. You can also set up an on-campus visit through Ohio State or the Graduate School.
