Speakers: Jordan Helcbergier and Lucy Hennon of the Office of Student Life

Abstract: If you often find yourself asking, “What is sleep?” “What is fun?” or saying, “Those dishes can wait another day…” or “I should be doing something productive right now” – you might be a graduate or professional student. On top of all our daily responsibilities of work, school and attempting to have a personal life, the world is consistently in a state of chaos. During this interactive session participants will discuss stress, time management, and coping mechanisms while identifying simple self-care habits that can easily fit into even the busiest of schedules.
