Welcome

The 3D printing lab within the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department offers industry quality 3D printing for all OSU affiliated persons and projects.   We offer both FDM and PolyJet technologies. We stock materials of superior strength, high impact resistance, elastomers, layer resolution and accuracy down to .02mm and more.

All of our printers offer soluble support material that enable you to create and print complex geometries, parts with internal features, and parts that cannot be manufactured by any other method.  At a fraction of industry pricing.

In addition, students and researchers have access to assistance in the design process. Design consultations are available both in person and virtual if needed. Our experienced staff members have 20+ years of design, manufacturing and industry experience.
