Mokashi, Prasad

Biography

Prasad Mokashi received his PhD degree from The Ohio State University in Mechanical Engineering in 2007. Prior to that he received a Master’s degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru in 1998 and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Pune, India in 1995, both in Mechanical Engineering. Prasad has also worked in Machine Tool and Automotive industry for a little over three years. He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in mechanics at The Ohio State University since 2003. Prasad is the recipient of Charles E. MacQuigg Award for Outstanding Teaching (College of Engineering) in 2008 and 2012. He has also received Michael J. Moran Excellence in Teaching Award (Mechanical Engineering) in 2014.
