Former Undergrad Awarded Third Place in ASME Student Mechanism Design Competition

Former undergraduate student Jeff Kohler, who now works for GE Aviation in Cincinnati, Ohio, was named a finalist and received a third place award in the ASME student mechanism design competition held at the 2013 ASME International Design Engineering Technical Conferences (IDETC) in Portland, Oregon. The design is based on his honor thesis work, which was completed under the supervision of Assistant Professor Haijun Su in the Design Innovation and Simulation Lab.
