Conference Room Reservations
- Any requests for conference rooms (meetings, setup time, etc.) must be submitted to Greg Slonaker in writing with a room reservation request form.
- All requests for room reservations will be processed and posted to the Zimbra calendar within 48 hours.
- Requests for front desk student assistance with set up for department and MAE faculty sponsored events should be submitted in writing to Greg Slonaker with a 'cc' to Elizabeth Cumpston a minimum of 3 days prior to the event so that any scheduling changes can be accommodated.
- Requests for room reservations / events must abide by fire code; including occupancy restrictions.
- Mutual respect and professional attitudes for all parties (faculty, staff, and students) is expected.
